    Hours of Operation: Our food truck operates M-f from 11am to 5pm. Any changes to operating hours will be communicated through our social media channels and website. Ordering and Payment: Orders can be placed directly at the food truck or via our online ordering system. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and mobile payment options. All sales are final; no refunds or exchanges are permitted. Food Safety and Hygiene: We adhere to strict food safety and hygiene standards. Our staff is trained to handle food safely, maintain a clean environment, and minimize cross-contamination. Gloves, masks, and hairnets are worn during food preparation. Allergen and Dietary Concerns: We make every effort to accommodate dietary restrictions, but we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment. Customers with food allergies should inform staff prior to ordering and consume at their own risk. Customer Service: Our goal is to provide excellent customer service. If you have any questions, concerns, or special requests, please feel free to speak with a staff member. We value your feedback and strive to address any issues promptly. Cancellations and No-Shows: For large orders or catering requests, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to cancel within this timeframe may result in a cancellation fee. No-shows for pre-ordered items will not be refunded. Environmental Responsibility: We are committed to reducing our environmental footprint. Our food truck uses eco-friendly packaging, and we encourage customers to recycle and dispose of waste responsibly. Health and Safety: In light of ongoing health concerns, we follow all recommended guidelines to ensure the safety of our customers and staff. This includes regular sanitation of surfaces, social distancing practices, and offering contactless payment options. Privacy Policy: We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Any data collected during the ordering process is used solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order and improving our services. We do not share your information with third parties without your consent. Inclement Weather Policy: In the event of severe weather, our food truck may close early or not operate for the day. Announcements will be made on our social media platforms and website. Safety and Conduct: For the safety of our customers and staff, we ask that all patrons behave respectfully while visiting our food truck. Any disruptive behavior may result in refusal of service. Liability: The food truck is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred by customers while on the premises or consuming our products. Patrons assume all risks associated with consuming food from our truck. These policies and procedures are in place to ensure a safe, enjoyable experience for all our customers.
